This machine is used for filling lotion into plastic/laminated aluminum tubes and sealing them automatically. By changing the mold, our machine can be used for both plastic and aluminum tubes.
Features
- Transmission parts are enclosed in the platform below for safety, reliability, and non-pollution. The filling and sealing parts are installed within a semi-closed static-frame visual plexiglass cover on the platform above, making it easy to observe, operate, and maintain.
- Main parts adopt imported components, including a PLC control system (Siemens), color touch screen display (Siemens), inverter (Siemens), low electric applicator (Schneider), and pneumatic parts (Airtac, Taiwan).
- The machine can automatically feed tubes into the tube holder and has 12 working stations. Its maximum speed is 60 tubes per minute.
- The photoelectric target-aiming working station employs an accurate detector and a marching-type motor, ensuring that the tube is in the correct position.
- The filling nozzle enters the tube to fill it. As it fills, it moves up to prevent material from overflowing and spilling. The machine also has an auto cutting tube tail function when finishing filling the material into the tube.
- The machine has a "no tube, no filling" function. Sealing temperature is adopted inside the heating for the tail of the tube and a cooling device for the out of the tube.
- The machine can automatically print character codes on the tube bottom.

- The machine has accounting and auto stop functions when it reaches a certain number.
